Telekom in Hungary is reintroducing regular working hours after the four-day week did not meet expectations. For a year and a half, 300 of the company's almost 5,000 employees only worked four days a week with the same pay. They will return to normal operations at the end of February. This was announced by Telekom's Hungarian subsidiary. In other pilot projects, participating companies and employees rated the four-day week more positively, for productivity and employee satisfaction. This has not been confirmed at Magyar Telekom. The company says the pilot project does not provide sufficient reasons for the change.
