DTechnology and the Germans, that was once a sober but intense love story. Rarely do you feel as German as you do in an English holiday home, when you look closely at the rickety doorknobs and the thought flashes through your mind: I'll just pop to the hardware store and fix that! The same goes for the jammed cupboard door. The only people who are even more German are men (rarely women), who remember other people primarily by the cars they drive: “Ann-Kathrin, isn't that the one with the silver Mégane?” Clichés, yes. But they are real.
